Return Window

We accept return requests within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items (if applicable).

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

Refund Conditions

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product value only.

  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by eTrend.pk.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless otherwise stated).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet after verification.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.
